BRADFORD EMMER, PRESIDENT / CO-BROKER
Brad has owned and operated EquityMax since 1990 and has now been joined by his son, Gregory Emmer. Both are South Florida natives. In our 3rd decade of operation, our mission has remained the same, namely to provide Florida real estate investors with profitable opportunities and financing. We welcome the opportunity to help our clients achieve their investment goals, and are always open to more effective and creative ways to do exactly that! Brad is a retired CPA and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami.
GREGORY EMMER, VICE PRESIDENT / CO-BROKER
While Gregory joined EquityMax full time since 2008, he has been actively involved with the business since 2002, when he first obtained his Real Estate Sales Associate License. He has subsequently obtained his Real Estate Broker, Loan Originator, and General Contractor licenses in Florida. Gregory’s day-to-day duties include management of company’s expanding loan portfolio as well as overseeing renovation and development projects throughout the Tri-County area. Gregory holds a bachelor’s degree from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
ELLY LUECHAUER, OPERATIONS MANAGER / LICENSED SALES ASSOCIATE
Originally from Peru, Elly has been an integral part of EquityMax since the company’s inception. Prior to joining, she developed an early expertise in business as the purchasing manager for both a South Florida textile manufacturer and a local distributor of containers and packaging materials. Currently, Elly is EquityMax's top sales and closing coordinator. As a licensed Sales Associate, she spearheads the effort to match available investment properties with buyers who seek them. From the time a property becomes available, an offer is made, or a loan application is received, Elly works relentlessly on the transaction until consummated and closed. She has built a reputation industry-wide of doing what it takes to get things done, and done right! Elly holds a bachelor’s degree from Broward College in Business Administration.
